How to Buy?

You can choose to sign up as member to purchase or purchase without an account.

We will prefer if you can sign up for an account so that our system can remember your shipping details.

Click on “add to cart” to add item to your shopping cart.

Click on "Cart Content" to view your selection. Once finalised, click on "Checkout" and provide the necessary mailing information.

At the "Delivery Information" page, please confirm your mailing address and select the mailing method. Please add in your comments if this is meant to be a gift to a friend or any special requests.

At the “Payment Information” page, please select the payment method.

Please check all the information and click on "confirm order".

After confirming your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order with your order number.

You can only check the status of your order if you sign up for an account by signing in to “My Account”.

- Please note that payment has to be made before the items will be mailed out. We will send a confirmation email on the availability of the books.
- Please reply to our email after payment and quote your order number, transaction number, transaction date and time.
- ATM receipts should be retained in case of dispute.

Delivery Information
- As we do not hold stock, we will ship the items in once we received your order. It will normally takes 12 - 14 working days to arrive. However, processing time may take longer during festive season.
- We will notify you via email when your order has been sent.
Singapore Post will handle all local delivery. There are 2 options available during checkout.

Standard Mail
- The delivery time for standard mail is approximately 2 to 3 working days. Buyers will not be able to track their orders for this mode and will assume liability for all risks.
- Postage rates will be per Singapore Post mailing rates.
Registered Mail
- The delivery time for registered mail is approximately 3 to 4 working days.
- Buyers will be given a tracking number by us via email and will be able to track their orders.
- Delivery is guaranteed by Singapore Post Ltd.
- Postage rate is an additional $2.24 on top of normal standard mail rates.

Self-collection can be arrange at either Raffles Place MRT or Lavender MRT at a certain timings. If you like to choose this option, please send an email to TheSteward@atcross.com.sg.
All overseas delivery will be handled by Singapore Post and delivered via registered airmail. For the rates, please visit www.singpost.com.sg.
Return Books
Our books are of good quality when we send out. If it turns out otherwise, we welcome you to return and exchange for a new one. All returns must be within 7 days of receipts. Returns must be in salable condition, with ALL original materials and packing. The customer is responsible for return mailing. (Please note...we do NOT resell returned books here on our web site).
